Kensington Court Mansions

A departure from our usual window and joinery works, this project involved essential maintenance and external improvements to a busy local retail premises. Scope of works included:
- Scaffolding and safe access setup around the main roof perimeter.

- Targeted timber repairs to dormers, with decayed areas cut out and scarfed in, followed by full redecoration using Dulux Exterior Weathershield system.
- Flat roof treatment with a brush-applied fibreglass membrane.
- Fascia and soffit repairs, including overcladding with 9mm PVC boards and reinstatement of gutters.
- Brickwork repairs include filling of holes, removal of redundant cabling, and full repointing beneath the damp-proof course line with cement/sand mortar.
This project was delivered on time and to specification, ensuring the store remained protected and visually refreshed with minimal disruption to operations.
